The opportunity

As Senior Recruiter (m/f) in our Sourcing & Recruitment Technology team you collaborate closely with the Technology Department and the relevant People Business Partners, in order to find the right talents for a wide range of positions of all levels.

You are

  • Skilled. You know the technical talents we are looking for and will make the greatest impact to our fashion platform, as you work closely with the hiring managers to create meaningful job postings and develop customized recruiting strategies to recruit high quality engineers.
  • Courageous. You lead and drive the end-to-end selection process (screening, phone interviews, offers , negotiations) and you make accountable hiring decisions together with our Technology Team.
  • Motivated. You analyze the recruiting success and implement new initiatives that increase the quality and impact of our hires.
  • Ambitious. You will engage in various projects together with the team to raise the bar of Talent Acquisition.
